Who has a seat at your mental boardroom?

The saying, you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with, is so true. Equally we are only as good as the versions of who we are, have grown into and accept as important. These versions are our internal guides, decision makers and nurtures. As a leader you have many skills and strengths (versions of self), and we can view this much like individual members of a committee on a board.
