Feedback Fearlessness
$120.00
Feedback is one thing most of us dread. The idea of sitting across from a friend, a lover, a customer, a work colleague or a boss and hearing what they have to say, is nerve wrecking! And we always assume that the feedback is going to be negative.
Not all feedback is bad, not all feedback is meant to upset or critique who we are and what we do. In fact, feedback is really information about our behaviour, good or bad. There are two types of feedback. The type we give others and the type we get back. The magic is in how we deliver feedback and how we sit with it, when it’s our turn.
Feedback can be verbal (a conversation), it can be non-verbal (a roll of the eyes, a shrug). Being AWARE of your verbal and non-verbal language can make a big difference in how the other person will respond.
The more AWARE of who we are and how we interact with others, the less feedback will throw us and define us. We want you to seek feedback as a challenge to learn and grow rather than something your fear.
